The importance of moving your body

Recently, I found myself in the rabbit hole of life. Dealing with government health insurance calls in my left ear and listening on how to invest my money in a 401k. Let me tell you it is MENTALLY draining. Whatever the case may be for you, I notice my cortisol levels drop enormously when I simply just move! Whether it’s doing a simple child’s pose, going on a walk, or (my favorite) hot yoga. Your body and mind deserve that. They deserve to be nurtured and cared for too. So next time you have that anxious feeling, remember to love yourself and your body.
